Why Train In Cyprus?
Perfect Conditions- Ability to dive year round without hardly any issues on weather constraints meaning no lost training days and more training possibilities within your available timeframe!
Visibility is 12m to 20m underwater, combined with warm waters circa 19c in winter through to 28c in summer, makes for a relaxed environment where the concentration can be on training not on conditions. Very importantly it means diving is virtually guaranteed every day - and no days are lost due to poor weather- unfortunately lost diving days is a regular occurrence in the UK.
Training in Sunny Cyprus is great fun, you are even able to get a tan, and we drive on the “proper” side of the road, along with the majority of the locals speaking English as a second language. The UK’s history in Cyprus goes back a long way, and continues today with the presence of MOD Bases at Dhekelia, Ay Nik, Episkopi and the RAF base at Akrotiri, you may even have Served here sometime in the past! Welcome back!
